"Stop, a moment! " -Sooner or subsequently every woman exclaims close to the age of Balzac, looking in the mirror. And this is not at all due to the fact that this particular moment of his life is somehow excellent in a special way. No, the fact is that time flies too quickly and every moment brings with it a piece of young and beauty. However, despite the fact that Chronos is an extremely stubborn divinity and nobody has yet managed to agree with it, there is no reason to fall into despair: in the arsenal of modern cosmetology, as in the wizard's hat, there is always a tool that can effectively resist the inevitable aging process. For example, laser rejuvenation.

Types of laser rejuvenation
The low temperature heating gently affects the processes inside the skin, without hurting the surface. At the same time, heating at high temperatures leads to the destruction and refusal of its areas. Therefore, first of all, laser rejuvenated technologies are classified according to the degree of their trauma for the fabrics.
Ablation (ablative) rejuvenation
In ablative laser rejuvenation, high temperatures are used, under the influence in which the tissue areas practically evaporate. Rather, intracellular fluids evaporate and the cells themselves are burned. It seems disturbing, but the process occurs so quickly that the fabrics do not even have time to transmit the heat to deeper layers. This procedure is rather aggressive and associated with significant injuries to the surface of the skin. But there are situations in which only she can help.
For example, if you need to get rid of a rough scar, a deep cicatrician or a serious fire -hearted post, the corresponding areas of the skin are simply burned with short laser impulses, destroying the epidermis and damaging the dermis. This triggers a powerful process of regeneration and an intensive synthesis of collagen, due to which new skin, smooth and clean appears.
Generally, ablation technologies are used for:
- smooth ranks (facial, mesh) and deep structural grooves or folds;
- neutralization of pigmentation and hyperpigmentation skin manifestations on the face, neck, neckline;
- elimination of the looseness of the skin;
- Light and medium lifting;
- reduction of the severity of the post -acne;
- Smell of striae (stretch marks) and scars.
High temperature laser procedures are performed using carbo dioxide (CO2) or laser Erbio. The first is able to provide the temperature necessary in the epidermis, the upper layers of the dermis and the tissues below. The second: heat the skin to a much smaller depth (about 0, 4 mm).
Whatever the laser, the high temperature ablation technologies of the laser rejuvenation are quite aggressive and significantly hurt the surface of the skin.
Non -ablative rejuvenation
The rejuvenation of the non -astrononic laser (not Bati) is based on relatively low temperature effects on the deep layers of the skin and will not hurt the surface of the skin. This technology has another name: photography.
The saving effect of non -batterial procedures allows them to be used anywhere in the body. This is only to cope with the pronounced signs of aging of these procedures, unfortunately, they are unable, therefore, it is recommended for people of 25-35 years.

Non Alert rejuvenation is used, first of all, in the fight against changes related to initial age, such as:
- the appearance of the first wrinkles;
- decrease in skin tone;
- Violation of pigmentation.
They perform the non-skilled laser rejuvenation, as a rule, with the help of a neodimium and herbic glass laser, whose rays can penetrate the fabrics at a depth of 1, 8-4 mm.
The use of non -serious technologies does not require long -term rehabilitation, therefore they are used for the so -called express education. A classic example of this procedure is a smooth scheme.
Smoothoooote
This procedure is very fond of businessmen who appreciate their time: you have to agree, it is extremely convenient to rejuvenate in 1 hour and don't worry about the recovery phase.
With a smooth door (from English. Smooth-liscia, smooth, uniform, calm epidermis) and the upper layers of the dermis warmly warm up using a long impulse laser radiation. Since the process is not dangerous (i. e. it will not hurt the skin) and the fabrics do not experience overheating, it can be used for all areas of the face and body, also for the skin over the mammary glands and the thyroid gland.
As a result of the procedure:
- The skin becomes more elastic and elastic;
- Small wrinkles are smooth;
- tight pores;
- The color of the skin improves and its tone is aligned.
As a rule, the effect of regular unit is preserved for a long time: from six months to one year.
Rejuvenation of the field
Imagine an area of the skin that must be "elaborated" with a laser. You can do it in two ways:
- act with a radius completely on the entire surface of the site;
- Having a radius, a point effect on micro-ozoni (hamlets) inside the site, ranging from 20 to 50% of its total area.
The first method is classic, the second was invented in the early 2000s and is called a fractional.
Obviously, with high temperature effects on the skin, the fractional method is much less traumatic. In this case, there is no complete (continuous) violation of the skin: each area of the point exposed to the laser is adjacent to healthy areas swallowed with the skin, which contribute to the rapid healing of the microtrauk spots.
To obtain the desired effect of the procedure, use the best micro-raw that form a laser grid (or fraction grid). By repeating the model of the fractional grid when it penetrates the skin, the laser beam does not hurt and will not hurt the nearby areas of the fabrics.
The choice of the most suitable method of influence to a particular laser rejuvenation technology can significantly affect the result of the procedure.

The fractional effect (point) of the laser on the skin is often used in ablative procedures to soften their inevitable adverse consequences. This reduces the rehabilitation period, eliminates the formation of a continuous itch crust during healing and allows the use of high temperature laser technologies even in delicate areas in the eyelids or nasolabial triangle.
The rejuvenation of the field is widely used for:
- the appearance of wrinkles, folds, grooves and folds of any depth;
- hyperpigmentation or hyperkeratosis;
- gray face shade;
- dehydration of the skin;
- Loss of the skin of natural turgor and elasticity;
- expanded pores;
- The manifestation of scars and spots is post -acne.
A surprising example of this anti -aging procedure is a fractional skin ablation laser grounding (otherwise - fractional thermolysis). Universal, effective, quite saving - it is loved by cosmetologists and customers and, with competent execution, it is quite comparable in the result with much more serious cosmetological procedures (up to plastic surgery).
Therefore, the fractional anti -maid laser procedures are much softer in force than the classic ones, but still damage the surface of the skin (although in minimal dimensions).
Rejuvenation of neodimium
If we talk about the non -hazardous rejuvenation procedure, then a neodymium laser is widely used for this. This device has a wavelength of about 1064 Nm - 1320 Nm, which explains the ability of its radius to penetrate in the deepest possible way in the skin (up to 4 mm). At the same time, the dermis heats up evenly and the effect on the epidermis is practically absent.
Heated collagen is compact, the process of regenerating existing fibers and the synthesis of new ones is activated. Consequently, the skin becomes smoother, elastic and toned and the lifting effect occurs after the first procedure and lasts for a long time (up to a year and a half).
In addition, a neodymium laser proved to be in the fight against a vascular shirt, acne, pigmentation and even fresh scars, from its beam:
- Paste the walls of the damaged vases, excluding the blood flow in them, due to which these "non -working" vessels become inconspicuous;
- kills the bacteria that cause acne occurrence and inhibit sebum production;
- destroys excessively pigmented dermis cells;
- Increases the elasticity of the connective tissue instead of a fresh scar and paste the walls of the vessels that nourish it, due to which the scar is pale.
The procedure for the rejuvenation of neodymium is painless, after there is no rehabilitation period (light redness of the skin passes within 1 hour) and the risk of complications and side effects is minimal. The advantages are obvious.
The regular union and the non -combination rejuvenation of a neo -nodimium laser work almost the same, but at different depths. The long impulses of the Erbio laser used in the smooth reinforcement, heating the upper layers of the skin at a depth of the order of 0, 4 mm and the radiation of neodymium penetrates the fabric up to a depth of up to 4 mm. At the same time, the effect is located on different skin structures (for example, the ray of the Erbium laser does not reach the depths of the capillaries or sebaceous glands and, consequently, cannot influence them).

3D unit-, 4D and 5D
More recently, the laser rejuvenation itself has been quite revolutionary and today you have to choose between 3D, 4D and 5D laser units.
In fact, everything is far from mysterious as it seems: 3, 4 and 5 is the number of phases of the corresponding procedure. We leave the letter D on the conscience of the one who invented it. Although there is an opinion that D, familiarity for us from the description of three -dimensional objects, belongs to the three main parameters of the skin - color, consistency and elasticity. If you follow this logic, we are talking about three, four and five speed procedures to improve the color, consistency and elasticity of the skin.
Recommendations for the recovery period after laser rejuvenation
After laser rejuvenation, a burning, redness and swelling of the tissues are characteristic, which usually pass within 1-3 days. In order to facilitate the recovery period after the procedure as much as possible, adhere to the following recommendations:
- Process damaged skin with despantenol in the form of cream, ointment or spray;
- After the disappearance of unpleasant consequences, go to the cream with hyaluronic acid and use it until the following course procedure; Moistening the skin with the cream should be at least twice a day;
- Avoid direct sunlight and use sun protection with SPF protection factor at least 30 months after the procedure;
- Refuses to visit the swimming pool, bathrooms and saunas;
- Limit physical activity;
- Do not use scrubs and skins (both mechanical and chemicals);
- Do not remove the crusts resulting on the damage site: they will go down on their own;
- Follow all the recommendations of the cosmetologist who conducted the procedure.
After no non -black and special rehabilitation laser procedures, but there are still some recommendations, for example after Smooth:
- Limit physical activity for the week;
- Forget the bathroom, sauna and hot bathroom for 2-3 weeks;
- Refuses to visit the solarium for 3-4 weeks;
- When you go out, use sun protection first.
The duration of the rehabilitation period after laser rejuvenation is individual for each specific case and depends on the characteristics of the patient's skin. Usually, with adequate care and compliance with all requirements, recovery occurs after 7-10 days.
